What we promise
If your MVP is not demo-ready against the success criteria in your approved spec within 21 days of kickoff, we keep building at no extra cost until it is.
When the clock starts
The 21-day clock starts when you approve the Spec and Success-Criteria Doc — not on the day you pay. Until scope is locked, we are in intake, not on the delivery clock.
What “demo-ready” means
Demo-ready means the success criteria written in your approved spec are met: a polished PWA with auth and the agreed 5 core features, through a full build-and-test cycle, ready to show investors or customers.
Your responsibilities
Reply to build questions within 2 business days. Provide access, brand assets, and decisions needed to ship. Delays on your side pause the clock for an equal number of business days.
Scope changes
Material scope changes after spec approval pause the clock until the change is re-approved. Extra features beyond the baseline are scoped as follow-on work and are outside this guarantee.
The remedy
If we miss the timeline against the approved success criteria, we keep building at no extra cost until the MVP is demo-ready. This guarantee is continued work — not a cash refund.

Expedited builds
Expedited delivery targets about 7 days from spec approval under the same definition of demo-ready. If we miss that target, we keep building free until it is demo-ready.
