LaunchKit is an umbrella company accelerating humanity's capacity to build. Our portfolio — including Affect.fund, Builders.to, Testers.to, and CoHabit.to — powers the next generation of founders by removing the barriers between ideas and impact. From funding and MVP development to user testing and founder community, we're building the infrastructure of modern entrepreneurship.

We're currently a small, fast-moving founding team (two developers) with four months of progress and multiple early-stage ventures in flight. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape a movement — not just a company.

Role Description

We're looking for a Co-Founder, Community Building & Outreach to lead our founder and developer ecosystem. You'll design and execute community growth strategies, create partnerships, and position LaunchKit as the go-to platform for founders, builders, and investors.

You'll be the connective tissue between our portfolio and the world — cultivating relationships, identifying collaborators, and amplifying the LaunchKit brand across channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and startup communities.

Key Responsibilities

• •Community Growth: Build and manage LaunchKit's online communities (Discord, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Indie Hackers, etc.) to attract founders, builders, testers, and investors.
• •Partnership Outreach: Identify and engage accelerators, dev studios, and venture networks for collaboration.
• •Content & Engagement: Create campaigns, newsletters, and founder-focused content that grows trust and visibility.
• •Ecosystem Development: Organize online events, AMAs, and founder showcases to connect Builders.to, Testers.to, and Affect.fund participants.
• •Market Research: Map emerging founder trends, communities, and potential acquisition channels.
• •Founder Pipeline: Develop top-of-funnel awareness and inbound leads for LaunchKit's MVP builds and portfolio ventures.

Qualifications

• •Proven experience in community management, partnerships, or growth marketing (B2B, SaaS, or startup ecosystems preferred).
• •Strong communication and relationship-building skills — especially across online communities.
• •Track record of creating content or campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
• •Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating autonomously and wearing many hats.
• •Sales / outreach experience (DMs, cold outreach, partnership development).
• •Bonus: existing network within startup, Web3, or developer communities.
• •Bonus: familiarity with AI, SaaS, or venture building spaces.
